This spicy Thai-inspired peanut sauce is super simple and totally addictive! It takes only a few minutes to make and is incredible on everything. Like seriously, if you have some crusty old bits and bobs in the fridge that you need to use up, drizzle them with this sauce and all of a sudden, you've got a 5 star meal. No joke!
Save yourself the heartache and double up the sauce, it stores well in the fridge for a week or so; but it won't last that long. Here's some ideas on how to use up this addictive sauce:

Easy Spicy Peanut Sauce Recipe

INGREDIENTS
- 4-5 tbsp peanut butter
- 3-4 tbsp orange juice (or any)
- 2-4 tbsp lime juice
- 3 tbsp tamari or soy sauce
- 1 - 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- 1-3 tsp ginger, minced
- ¼ cup sriracha (more or less to taste)
- 2-4 tbsp water
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all ingredients (except the water*) to the blender and blend until smooth. If the consistency is too thick add the water a tablespoonful or two at a time until desired consistency is met.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
