Super easy and fast to make, this spicy sweet peanut sauce is super addictive and delicious on everything from tofu noodle bowls, lettuce wraps, baked vegetables and more. This yummy peanut sauce is dairy-free, oil-free friendly and 100% vegan.

Spicy vegan peanut sauce in a bowl sitting in front of a bowl of satay peanut tofu!

This spicy Thai-inspired peanut sauce is super simple and totally addictive! It takes only a few minutes to make and is incredible on everything. Like seriously, if you have some crusty old bits and bobs in the fridge that you need to use up, drizzle them with this sauce and all of a sudden, you've got a 5 star meal. No joke!

Save yourself the heartache and double up the sauce, it stores well in the fridge for a week or so; but it won't last that long. Here's some ideas on how to use up this addictive sauce:

    Uses for Easy Peanut Sauce

    • Salad Roll Dip
    • Tofu Scramble
    • Baked Veggies
    • Baked Potato Bar
    • Tofu Noodle Bowl
    • Buddha Bowl
    • Tacos
    • Pizza

Our favourite way to enjoy this peanut sauce is on this Spicy Satay Tofu Noodle Bowl. However, if you want to dazzle the guests at your next party, make the tofu in that recipe (follow the extra, optional step) and set it out on a platter. I promise there won't be a single crumble left!!!
