Ingredients

  • 4-5 tbsp peanut butter
  • 3-4 tbsp orange juice (or any)
  • 2-4 tbsp lime juice
  • 3 tbsp tamari or soy sauce
  • 1 - 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1-2 cloves garlic
  • 1-3 tsp ginger, minced
  • ¼ cup sriracha (more or less to taste)
  • 2-4 tbsp water

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients (except the water*) to the blender and blend until smooth. If the consistency is too thick add the water a tablespoonful or two at a time until desired consistency is met.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge.

Notes

Make your own quick and easy, homemade peanut butter.
Make this sauce on meal prep day and enjoy it all week drizzled over rice bowls, salads, and noodle wraps or use it for a veggie dipping sauce.
Taste and adjust flavors to make it sweeter, tangier or spicer to your family's preference.
