Potsticker Dipping Sauce Recipe

Servings: 4 servings
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- 1+ tablespoon sriracha sauce (more or less to taste)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1-2 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 1 green onion, sliced
Optional Add Ins
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
- ¼ teaspoon Chinese 5 spice
Place all ingredients except sesame seeds and green onions into a jar. Shake until well combined.
Taste and adjust as desired for personal preference.
Pour into individual side dishes. Add a sprinkle of sesame seeds and green onion slices right before serving.
Customize flavors: Once you've made the sauce, taste it and adjust the ingredients to your preference: make it sweeter, saltier, spicier or bring down the intensity with a splash of water. Add in any optional ingredients for extra flavor.
Storage: Store in the fridge in a jar for up to a week.
