Potsticker Dipping Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 1+ tablespoon sriracha sauce (more or less to taste)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1-2 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 1 green onion, sliced

Optional Add Ins

  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
  • ¼ teaspoon Chinese 5 spice

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients except sesame seeds and green onions into a jar. Shake until well combined.
  • Taste and adjust as desired for personal preference.
  • Pour into individual side dishes. Add a sprinkle of sesame seeds and green onion slices right before serving.

Notes

Customize flavors: Once you've made the sauce, taste it and adjust the ingredients to your preference: make it sweeter, saltier, spicier or bring down the intensity with a splash of water. Add in any optional ingredients for extra flavor.
Storage: Store in the fridge in a jar for up to a week.
